zetoask.com is in early preview. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Who we are and what these terms cover
The operator of zetoask.com is identified on the Privacy Notice, which is the one place its legal name is shown.
These Terms of Use cover your use of the zetoask.com website, installable web app, chat assistant and business directory (together, "zetoask.com"). They should be read with the Privacy Notice, the Disclaimer and the Refund and Cancellation page.
What zetoask.com is
zetoask.com helps you find businesses in India (such as stays and services), see what each business has published, and send an enquiry to it. It is a discovery and enquiry service. It is not a travel agent, a seller of rooms or services, or a payment processor, and it does not guarantee availability or prices. Features may change, be limited or be switched off during the preview.
Accounts and sign-in
- You can browse the directory and use the chat without an account. To send an enquiry, report a listing or list a business you sign in with an emailed one-time code.
- You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
- Keep your email account secure. Anything done through your sign-in is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is used for abuse or fraud.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- give false, misleading or someone else's information, or pretend to be a business you do not own;
- send spam, abusive, unlawful or infringing content in an enquiry, report or listing;
- scrape the site in bulk, probe or attack it, or try to get around limits, sign-in or access controls;
- use zetoask.com for anything unlawful in India.
If you list a business
- You confirm that you are entitled to list the business and that what you publish is accurate and lawful. You are responsible for keeping it up to date.
- A listing is labelled "Verified" only if zetoask.com has verified it. Verification is not available at present, so listings show as "Not verified yet". Verification, when available, confirms only what was checked, not the quality of the business.
- You must honour what you tell customers. A customer enquiry is not a confirmed booking until you confirm it.
- We may unpublish, suspend or remove a listing that is false, unlawful, reported or abusive.
Content and intellectual property
You keep the rights in what you submit. You give zetoask.com permission to store, display and pass on that content as needed to run the service (for example to show a listing or deliver an enquiry to the business you chose). The zetoask.com name, logo and software belong to the operator or its licensors; these terms do not give you rights in them.
Enquiries are not bookings
An enquiry, a message, or a listing on zetoask.com is not a booking, reservation or contract with the business. A booking exists only when the business or its provider confirms it to you. Any price shown is as supplied by the business or its stated source and may change. Read the Disclaimer.
The chat assistant
The assistant uses an AI language model from an outside provider (Groq): what you type in the chat is sent to it, as described in the Privacy Notice, so do not put sensitive personal details in the chat. The assistant may be limited, unavailable or wrong. Check anything important with the business. Actions that send a message or enquiry happen only after you approve a summary.
Fees
Using zetoask.com is free at present. Billing is not active. If paid plans are introduced, the price, GST, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown to you before any charge. See Refund and Cancellation.
Liability
zetoask.com is provided "as is" during the preview. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses arising from a business's information, prices or availability, from dealings between you and a business, from outages, or from the assistant's answers. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, including consumer rights.
Intermediary role and takedowns
Listings, enquiries and reports are supplied by users and businesses. zetoask.com acts as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 for that content and acts on notices of unlawful or false content. To report something, see the intermediary section of the Privacy Notice or email hostwhale@gmail.com.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first at hostwhale@gmail.com so we can try to resolve a complaint. The courts of India have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim where you live. We have not named a particular city's courts because the operator's details are still to be added.
